John van Beers

John van Beers, Ph.D., is a seasoned transformation leader and Release Train Engineer currently managing program-level initiatives within the Digital Cloud Platform division at Shell. With a robust background in digital transformations, John has held significant roles including Chief Digital Officer at ZENER and CEO of Lime3. John also served as a managing partner at NextChange and has extensive experience as a program director in digital transformation at Ericsson. Academically, John has achieved multiple degrees, including a PhD from the University of Twente and an MBA from the University of Derby.
