Jonathan Enriquez

Jonathan Enriquez is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Global Employer Branding Lead for Europe & Global Initiatives at Shell, a position held since October 2018. In this role, Jonathan spearheads the transformation of Shell's employer brand across key European markets, focusing on strategic revitalization, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) acceleration, and system-wide scalability. Previous experience includes serving as the Employer Branding Advisor for Asia-Pacific, where Jonathan strengthened talent attraction efforts and fostered creative recruitment initiatives. Jonathan's career began with the Shell Graduate Programme, providing a solid foundation in global commercial operations. Additionally, Jonathan held the position of Vice President for Business Development at the Ateneo Management Engineering Association, leading successful projects to secure funding for the organization. Jonathan also gained early experience as an Employer Brand intern at Voyager Innovations, contributing to internal campaigns to enhance employee advocacy. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University.
