They have previously held various finance positions at Maersk Line, where they implemented SAP solutions and led credit management initiatives. Jonho’s expertise extends to Shell, where they managed customer operations, driving transformations and optimizing processes to enhance customer experiences and operational excellence. They hold a degree in Commerce, with a focus on Finance and Marketing from Curtin University. Currently, Jonho leads a dedicated team committed to fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment in customer operations.
