Joseph Hollins

Joseph Hollins is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Sr. Regional Downstream & RES Corporate Relations Advisor at Shell. Previously, Joseph held notable positions including Executive Director at the Louisiana Offshore Terminal Authority and Special Assistant to the Governor of Louisiana. With a background in human resources, Joseph has worked as a Human Resource Analyst for the Louisiana State Senate and as a Confidential Assistant to the Executive Director at the Louisiana Workforce Commission. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Louisiana State University, as well as both a Master of Divinity and a Master of Science in Human Resource Education from Fuller Theological Seminary and Louisiana State University, respectively.
