Josiah Lim

Josiah Lim is a Malaysian qualified advocate and solicitor with over 11 years of post-qualification experience in the legal field. Currently serving as Legal Counsel for Global Litigation at Shell since 2017, Josiah handles a variety of disputes across the APAC and EMENA regions, achieving notable success in reducing litigation disputes and contributing to cost savings for the company. Previously, Josiah worked as an Associate at Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill, where they developed strong litigation skills and represented high-profile clients in Malaysian courts and arbitration. Josiah holds a Certificate in Legal Practice and an LL.B from Brickfields Asia College, complemented by studies at Cardiff University.
