Joska Lako

Joska Lako has extensive experience in engineering and data science, primarily with Shell since May 2017. Currently serving as the Asset Focal Point in the Enhanced Problem Solving Team, Joska leads cross-functional teams in reliability and safety investigations within offshore assets in the Gulf of Mexico. Previous roles at Shell include managing a data science team and focusing on predictive maintenance. Joska's engineering background includes executing electrical engineering solutions and contributing to the Shell Graduate Program. Prior to Shell, Joska held internships at Huisman Equipment B.V. and Ampelmann Operations, and worked as a teaching assistant at TU Delft while earning a Master's Degree in Systems & Control Engineering, building on a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution.
