Júlia Renha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in asset valuation, financial controllership, and engineering within the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Valuation Advisor at Shell since May 2025, Júlia previously held key roles at VTEX, including International Controllership Specialist and M&A and PMI Leader, where responsibilities encompassed financial consolidation and post-merger integration aligned with global expansion strategies. Earlier experience includes positions as a Lead Engineer at Baker Hughes, focusing on oilfield equipment systems, and as a Research Engineer at GE, specializing in subsea processing and flow assurance. Júlia holds an MBA in Quantitative Finance from Esade and a master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Oil & Gas) from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
