Justin C.

Justin C. is currently serving as the Site Turnaround Event Lead at Shell, where they focus on major maintenance and continue site start-up and outage support. Prior to this, Justin held multiple engineering positions at Shell, including Polyethylene Major Maintenance Lead and Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, from 2018 to 2023. Before joining Shell, Justin worked at FirstEnergy from 2010 to 2013 in various roles, including Outage Superintendent and Mechanical Engineer. Justin holds a Bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, expected to graduate in 2025.
