Justin Vela is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in various roles at Shell. Currently serving as Finance Manager for Shell Catalyst & Technology since November 2020, Justin oversees manufacturing and supply operations for the Pittsburg and Martinez Catalyst Plants. Previous positions include Finance Analyst and Finance Advisor roles at Qatar Shell Gas to Liquids Plant, Shell Mobile Refinery, and in Accounts Payable & Banking Division. Additionally, Justin has provided senior finance advisory services to supply chain management and deepwater projects in the Gulf of Mexico. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder, earned in 2010.
