Kara Glover (Saron) has extensive experience in personnel logistics, health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) roles across various companies in the energy sector. Beginning a career as a Senior Site Administrator at Monadelphous from July 2008 to December 2014, Kara transitioned to Saipem for a brief period as a Personnel Logistics Coordinator in early 2015. Subsequent positions included multiple roles at Chevron from November 2017 to March 2019, where responsibilities encompassed permit management and technical assistance. Kara continued to develop expertise in HSSE at Shell from October 2020 to December 2022, serving as an Offshore HSSE Advisor, Prelude HSSE Advisor, and Assist and Assure Coach.
