Kareem Kassem

Kareem Kassem, ChPP, is a Project Manager at Shell with extensive experience in the upstream oil and gas sector, particularly in LNG and joint venture management. Since starting in 2005, Kareem has worked on various greenfield and brownfield projects across multiple countries, including Kazakhstan, Brunei, Norway, Egypt, and the UK. With a technical background in project execution, Kareem has led multidisciplinary engineering teams and managed complex contractor relationships while ensuring a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental standards. Kareem holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from The American University in Cairo.
