Karen Foster is currently the VP of Geoscience and has held various leadership roles at Shell since 2019, including GM Digital Interpretation and GM Upstream Data Excellence. Previously, they worked as a Production Geologist and Seismologist at NAM BV Assen from 2002 to 2006. Foster earned a BSc (Hons) in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Aberdeen between 1994 and 1998.
