Karen Ashford Stammer, CSP, has extensive experience in health, safety, security, and environmental management, primarily within the energy sector. At Shell, roles included Implementation Coordinator for Distribution Global Asset Management, focused on compliance with HSSE Control Frameworks, and various advisory positions leading risk management and safety initiatives across multiple business units. As Hydrogen Codes & Standards Implementation Advisor, Karen worked with stakeholders to shape the strategy for the Hydrogen sector. Previous experience includes Environmental Health & Safety Coordinator at Precoat Metals, managing health and safety operations in a manufacturing environment. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
