Karen Westley is a seasoned business sustainability leader in the energy sector with extensive experience in environmental performance and carbon management. Currently, they serve as Vice President for Carbon, Environment and Downstream Safety, Environment and Asset Management at Shell, where they integrate sustainability goals with business responsibilities. Their prior roles include Vice President Sustainability and General Manager at Shell, as well as various leadership positions at CARE, USAID, and The Africa-America Institute.
