Karl Shepherd, CBAP®, is currently an M&A IT Portfolio Manager - Acquisitions at Shell, where they focus on thought leadership in due diligence, implementation, and playbook capability. Previously, they held various roles at Shell, including Business Analyst and Business Analyst Lead, and were a founding member of the Shell Global BA Excellence Team. From 2010 to 2019, they contributed to the IIBA UK Chapter, serving as Chairman of the North West & East Branch and Director of Professional Development. Karl is pursuing a Master’s degree in Computing in Commerce & Industry and also holds a Post Graduate degree in Mechanics of Renewable Energy and a degree in Business Management & Finance from The University of Manchester and Middlesex University.
