Karolien Roosens

Karolien Roosens is an experienced consultant specializing in change and communications, currently serving as the People, Change & Engage Consultant at Shell Campus in The Hague since September 2005. In this role, Karolien focuses on enabling individuals to thrive within the Global Health department, with particular emphasis on Human Performance & Care. Notable achievements include the development and execution of a Global Fatigue communication strategy aimed at raising awareness and encouraging accountability. Prior to Shell, Karolien worked as a Business Advisor at Katoen Natie, providing strategic support for the Silo Cleaning division across multiple countries, emphasizing safety, quality accreditation, and streamlined processes. Karolien holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Hogeschool Antwerpen, completed between 1998 and 2001.
