Kate Anders is a seasoned leader in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of Trading & Supply Capability Centre at Shell since 2023. With previous roles at Shell including Portfolio Manager and Programme Delivery Manager, Kate has amassed extensive experience in managing large-scale IT programs and change initiatives. Prior to Shell, Kate spent over a decade at Accenture as a Senior Manager, where they specialized in Trading and Risk within the Resources practice. Passionate about promoting gender equality, Kate advocates for flexibility and support in the workplace to empower team members. Kate is also pursuing further education at Harvard Business School.
