Katie Sullivan

Katie Sullivan is currently the Indigenous Engagement Lead at Shell, where they focus on fostering relationships and ensuring the inclusion of Indigenous communities in the company's operations. Previously, they served as the Indigenous Relations & Sustainable Development Lead at Arrow Energy, where they developed the first Reconciliation Action Plan in the coal seam gas industry and managed community partnerships. Katie has held various roles, including Senior Social Consultant at Advisian and Governance Manager for the Department of Communities, Child Safety and Disability Services. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government and Australian Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Journalism from The University of Queensland.
