Katy Rycroft is a Senior Reservoir Engineer at Adura, currently engaged in advanced reservoir engineering projects. They previously held positions at Shell from 2016 to 2021, contributing to various initiatives, including the Penguins Redevelopment Project and working on the Nelson Cluster. Katy began their career as a Development Chemist at Champion Technologies during their undergraduate studies in 2009. They earned a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University in 2012 and a First Class MChem in Chemistry from the University of St. Andrews in 2011.
