Kaz Javanmardi has extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, having worked at Shell Oil Company since February 1980. Initially joining as a drilling engineer, Kaz contributed to various drilling and well engineering projects, including deepwater initiatives in the Gulf of Mexico and extreme high-pressure and high-temperature wells. Currently serving as the Wells Manager for Americas Joint Venture Deepwater Wells, Kaz utilizes a strong educational background with both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 1972 and 1977.
