Kelly Green

Kelly Green is a Senior HR Consultant for Shell, where they lead the design and implementation of learning, change, and communication strategies for the global retail business, while also supporting organizational development in North America. They have extensive experience managing divestitures, large-scale capital implementation projects, and customer experience initiatives across various industries. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Business Honors from the University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing a degree in Business Law and European Union Law from the University of Edinburgh.
