Ketan R. has extensive experience in the information technology sector, primarily at Shell since April 2007, where Ketan currently serves as the Head of Payments & Site Systems for Mobility IT across the Americas. Responsibilities include overseeing the IT vision, roadmap, and delivery for Shell's Mobility Business. Ketan has held several roles at Shell, including Product Line Manager for Retail Site Systems, US Delivery Lead for Retail Platforms, Project Manager, and Infrastructure Project Manager, focusing on project delivery and application support to drive business outcomes in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Prior to Shell, Ketan worked as a Business Analyst at Accenture. Ketan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance & Economics from the University of Mumbai and a Master’s degree from Florida State University.
