Kevin Smith is the Associate General Counsel for Global Litigation, overseeing complex disputes for Shell. They joined the company in 2012 as Senior Legal Counsel in London and transitioned to Managing Counsel in The Hague in 2016. In 2020, they served as Secretary to the Executive Committee and later returned to London in 2022 as Associate Counsel. Before Shell, Kevin practiced as a disputes and investigations lawyer at Clifford Chance LLP and Fulbright & Jaworski International LLP. Kevin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford and subsequently completed legal training at the College of Law, Chester.
