Khadar Hassan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management within the energy sector. Beginning as a Geotechnical Engineer at Fugro Engineers BV in 2009, Khadar contributed to rig move projects in Cameroon. From September 2013 to August 2014, Khadar worked as a Consultant in IBM's Global Business Services, participating in a graduate program focusing on the chemical and petroleum industry. Following roles as a Reliability Engineer and Turnaround Engineer at Shell, Khadar led the implementation of the first IoT solution in an industrial environment, emphasizing innovation and operational excellence. Currently serving as a Digitalisation Project Manager at Shell, Khadar oversees large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Khadar holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Technische Universiteit Delft and an MSc in Business Administration with a focus on Strategy from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
