Khaled Baly

Khaled Baly is currently the Director of Engineering & Maintenance at Shell, where they oversee projects and maintenance across the organization. With over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Khaled has served in various engineering roles, including Mechanical Static Engineer and Senior Mechanical Engineer & Turnaround Coordinator at ELNG. They have managed more than twenty-five turnarounds and hold a Zero LTI Record throughout their career, highlighting their commitment to safety and compliance with HSE standards. Khaled obtained a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science and Technology in 2001.
