Kimberly McNeely

Kimberly McNeely is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as Finance Director for Shell's US Gulf of Mexico operations since November 2005. In this role, Kimberly leads a large organization responsible for comprehensive financial management of major capital projects and assets across various global locations. Previous positions include Finance Director for Global Deep Water Exploration, where Kimberly managed complex financial portfolios and drove digital transformation initiatives, and Senior Investor Relations Officer, overseeing investor relationships and quarterly reporting. Kimberly's background also encompasses roles in business integration finance and project finance management in the Deep Water Gulf of Mexico. Kimberly holds a Master's degree in Project Management from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of New Orleans.
