Kjetil Ingebretsen

Kjetil Ingebretsen is currently the Project Services Chapter Lead at Shell, where they manage a team of nine professionals and focus on delivering competitive projects while driving performance and protecting value. Previously, Kjetil held positions such as Head of Sales at Mixmaster Solutions and Sales Manager at InBusiness AS, where they successfully positioned products in the market and built prospect databases. Kjetil has also contributed to significant projects at Shell, including the Nyhamna Expansion Project and Ormen Lange Phase 3, showcasing expertise in cost analysis, risk management, and project planning. Kjetil earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on market economics from Rogaland School of Management.
