Koos Delescen

Koos Delescen has extensive experience in subsea engineering and project management. Beginning as an Engineer at DSM Jinling Resins Nanjing in 2005, Koos transitioned to Shell in May 2017, taking on various roles, including Subsea Project Engineer and Subsea Hardware Engineer. In the position of Project Manager and Subsea Team Lead, Koos was responsible for the delivery of subsea tie-backs in Trinidad and Tobago, and later led significant projects such as the Perdido stage 2 and Appomattox projects. Koos also served as Project Manager seconded to Petrobras in the Libra Joint Venture, overseeing the delivery of five FPSOs with extensive subsea infrastructure in Brazil. Additional responsibilities included leading subsea hardware development for the BC10ph3 project and managing the Bijupira and Salema redevelopment project.
