Krista Gingrich

Krista Gingrich is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and policy advisory roles, currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor at Shell since July 2011. Previous positions at Shell include HR Consultant, Employee and Industrial Relations Advisor, Human Resources Policy Advisor, Human Resources Project Advisor, and HR Account Manager. From May 2007 to June 2011, Krista worked as an Associate at Doug Morley & Associates, focusing on reference investigations and exit interviews.
