Krista Leppiko

Krista Leppiko, MBA, is a seasoned professional in change management and information security with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Business Information Security Officer for Mobility and Convenience Americas at Shell since April 2019, Krista focuses on promoting cybersecurity awareness and behaviors within the organization. Prior roles include a Senior Change Management Advisor at ERM, responsible for embedding behavioral changes in information and cyber security, and independent consulting in sales, change management, and project management. Krista's earlier career highlights include General Manager of Pay-TV Estonia at Modern Times Group MTG AB, where significant growth and team development in the digital TV sector were achieved. Krista holds an MBA in Strategy from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Estonian Business School.
