Lance Winstel

Lance Winstel is a Battalion Chief and Emergency Response Team Lead at Shell Polymers, where they have been actively involved since 2019. They have extensive experience in emergency response, serving as a Fire Fighter with the Toronto Volunteer Fire Department since 1990 and as a Fire Service Instructor at Belmont College since 2011. Previously, Lance held various mechanical maintenance supervisory positions at FirstEnergy and served as a Technical Services Manager at Hancock Manufacturing Company. They earned degrees in ElectroMechanical Engineering and Technical Rescue while continually enhancing their expertise in hazardous materials through educational pursuits at the University of Findlay and Baker Corp.
