Lauren Lee

Lauren Lee is a seasoned professional in payroll and tax consulting, currently serving as the Payroll Manager for Shell in the Netherlands since September 2025 and as the owner of LML Consulting, which focuses on assisting expatriates with personal income tax returns. With extensive experience in finance management, Lauren previously held the role of Finance Manager for Operations at EVBox and worked as a Senior Global Payroll Consultant at Deloitte, where the focus was on payroll processing in Japan. Additional expertise includes managing global payroll operations at Yondr Group, and holding various positions related to global mobility and tax advisory at PwC and KPMG Meijburg & Co. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from De Haagse Hogeschool and has furthered education at Erasmus University Rotterdam.
