Leah Hogendoorn

Leah Hogendoorn is the Americas Downstream Dangerous Goods Lead at Shell, a position held in 2013, where they identified compliance gaps and implemented a regional network for dangerous goods management across several countries. Prior to this role, they served as the Management System/Assurance Focal Point at Shell, focusing on the effectiveness and continuous improvement of management systems. Leah also has experience as the Director of Environment, Health & Safety at Zep Sales & Service, where they developed a successful HSE management system that significantly reduced incidents. They earned a Master's Degree in Environment and Management Science from Royal Roads University and a Business Management Development Certificate from the University of Alberta.
