Leo Albert Fabia is a CPA and Lean Six Sigma Certified professional currently serving as an Operations Manager in Reporting & Analysis at Shell Shared Services Asia (B.V.). They have extensive experience at Shell, having held roles from Finance Analyst to Senior Team Manager, where they managed Energy & Risk Accounting for North America Refineries and Chemical Sites. Leo also completed a short-term international assignment as a Finance Advisor at Shell Chemical LP - Mobile Refinery, focusing on hydrocarbon mass balance and contract management. They obtained a degree in Accountancy from the University of Pangasinan between 2003 and 2006.
