Leon Neele is currently the Commissioning Division Manager at QatarEnergy LNG, where they oversee the North-Fields Expansion Project. Their professional background includes extensive experience in Operations Readiness, Commissioning, and Start-up, along with Project Completions management and Quality Assurance. Previously, Leon held various roles, including Commissioning & Start-up Team Lead and Senior Engineer Operations Excellence at Shell, and worked at Petroleum Development Oman and Fluor on significant projects across multiple regions. They are a member of several engineering institutions and have a solid educational foundation in Mechanical Engineering.
