Leslie Li has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, specializing in completion and well intervention engineering. From July 2008 to April 2011, Leslie worked with Baker Hughes as a Completion Field Engineer, executing sand control operations for prominent clients including ConocoPhillips and Petro China. After a short tenure at Shell China Exploration and Production Company as a Completion & Well Intervention Engineer, Leslie returned to Shell in March 2014 as a Senior Completion & Well Intervention Supervisor. In this role, responsibilities included overseeing all onsite activities for unconventional tight gas and shale gas projects in Sichuan, leading to successful compliance with HSE standards and the achievement of operational milestones, notably the fastest delivery of a 15k tight gas well.
