Lewis Battersby

Lewis Battersby is a Mechanical and Civil Integrity Team Lead at Qatar Shell GTL, managing the integrity of equipment for offshore platforms and onshore gas processing. With 10 years of experience in various Oil & Gas engineering roles, they previously served as a Pipeline Engineer, focusing on mechanical integrity for pipelines at Shell. Lewis obtained a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Leeds and is a chartered engineer with the IMECHe. They began their career with a summer internship at Sulzer and grew up in Muscat, Oman, where they studied the International Baccalaureate.
