Lindal Rohde

Lindal Rohde is a passionate and results-driven leader currently serving as the Indigenous Participation Lead at Shell Australia, focusing on Indigenous employment, procurement, and stakeholder relationships. Previously, Lindal held various roles at the Wirrpanda Foundation, culminating as General Manager of Commercial Operations and Employment Services, where they advanced community and stakeholder engagement. With a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia, Lindal has demonstrated expertise in co-designing and implementing projects for regional and remote communities, including the QGC Indigenous Scholarships Program and Transition to Work initiatives.
