Lucas Elliott

Lucas Elliott is currently an Unconventionals Reserves SME at Shell, where they coach and develop staff while driving continuous improvement in reserves processes. Their tenure at Shell began in 2006 and includes various roles, such as Senior Reservoir Engineer and Global Business Planner, with a focus on planning and economics support for diverse energy assets. Prior to their work at Shell, Lucas served as a Research Graduate Assistant at the University of Texas at Austin, where they conducted numerical simulations and managed a patent library. They hold a Master's degree in Environmental and Water Resources Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
