Lucy D. Jean has extensive experience in the environmental and health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) sectors, having worked for prominent companies such as Shell and BP. Lucy's career began as an Environmental Business Manager at BP from 2007 to 2008, followed by roles at Shell, including Environmental Engineer from June 2008 to October 2011 and HSE Manager at Shell Alaska until February 2016. Lucy further expanded expertise as Construction HSSE Manager at Shell Korea in early 2016 and served as HSE Manager in Kuwait from May 2016 to June 2019. Currently, Lucy holds dual roles as General Manager of HSSE Trading & Supply and General Manager of HSSE at Shell, starting in August 2021. Lucy's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Bachelor of Science in Experimental Psychology from the University of Washington.
