Luis Grau is currently the Lead Research and Design Engineer focused on new technology in plastic circularity at Shell in Amsterdam, where they have worked for the past five years. They also lead medium projects related to future mega steam crackers and consult on process safety and diversity and inclusion activities. Previously, Luis was a Process Lead for the Steam Cracker Project in Qatar and held various engineering roles in major EPC contracts. Luis holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar and a postgraduate degree in Refining, Gas Processing, and Petrochemicals from Universidad Metropolitana.
