Łukasz Sibielak

Łukasz Sibielak is currently the Data Improvement Lead - Operational Excellence FO Data at Shell, where they drive data quality improvements across all Finance processes. Previously, they held various roles at IBM and Shell, including Project Leader Systems and Applications and GSAP Business Readiness Analyst. They also served as Team Manager Accounts Payable, managing a team of over 25 direct reports. Łukasz began their career as an Accountant with Lufthansa Global Business Services in Krakow. They earned a Master’s Degree in Economics from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie.
