Lydia Qin

Lydia Qin is currently the Regional Head of Contracting & Procurement for Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa at Shell, where they manage over USD 1 billion in spending and lead a diverse team across multiple countries. Previously, they served as Regional Sourcing Director at Honeywell, where they built and led a 50-member sourcing team to exceed performance targets in Asia Pacific. Lydia has also held various roles at GE and CEIEC, contributing significantly to sourcing strategy and financial reporting. They hold an MBA from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
