Lynda Beach

Lynda Beach is a seasoned environmental leader currently serving as the Global Discipline Head for Environment and Carbon at Shell, where they lead a community of approximately 420 staff members. With nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, they have built a robust career focused on environmental performance, sustainability, and responsible business practices. Lynda has held various positions, including Environmental Risk Advisor at Aker Kvaerner and Senior Asset Advisor at Shell Oil Company, and has a strong background in process engineering and risk management. They hold a Master’s degree in Clean Technology from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Calgary. Lynda is dedicated to fostering team development and advocating for inclusivity within the workplace.
