Lynsey Tinios possesses extensive experience in policy, advocacy, and economics, primarily within the energy and environmental sectors. Currently at Shell since September 2010, Lynsey holds various leadership roles, including Lead Policy & Advocacy for Low Carbon Solutions and Carbon Strategy Team Lead. Prior to this, Lynsey worked in governmental positions, including Senior Economist at the Department of Energy and Climate Change and Economist roles at the Department for Business, Enterprise and Regulatory Reform, Defra, and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister. Lynsey earned an MSc in Environmental & Resource Economics from UCL and a BSc in Environmental Economics & Environmental Management from the University of York.
