Madina Doshayeva

Madina Doshayeva is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic management and risk governance within the energy sector. At Shell, from May 2013 to July 2017, Madina held various leadership roles, including Head of Strategy & Business Improvement, where co-led the Shell Kazakhstan Strategy and managed post-merger integrations. As Decommissioning Risk Director, Madina oversaw global financial risk governance for a decommissioning portfolio with over $100 billion in credit risk exposure and received a CFO Award for implementing a global Credit Operating Standard. Additionally, in the role of CFO for LATAM Exploration, Madina managed substantial annual budgets, ensuring compliance and strategic allocation of resources. Prior to Shell, Madina worked at EY as a Senior Audit Manager, advancing from intern to a leadership role, overseeing IFRS audits and improving audit efficiency. Madina holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a Minor in Finance from KIMEP, graduating summa cum laude as valedictorian.
