Magdalena Strzała

Magdalena Strzała, ACCA, has extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning across various leading companies. Magdalena worked at Orange Polska from March 2007 to January 2011 in several roles, including Manager of Budgeting and Planning, Financial Planning Manager, Expert in Sales and Customer Care Controlling, and Chief Specialist in Financial Reporting. Magdalena also held key positions at Equant Germany, including Manager of Financial Analysis Department and Financial Analyst. From April 2012 to December 2013, Magdalena served as Finance Director at Orange Retail SA, followed by the role of Finance and Corporate Affairs Director at Orange Polska, managing finance, legal, and corporate functions. Currently, Magdalena is the Performance, Appraisal & Reporting Lead for Upstream Shales at Shell, beginning in July 2019. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Finance and Banking from Krakow University of Economics, a programme in International Finance from the University of Mannheim, and a programme in International Business from Tilburg University.
