Maggie McGeary is a seasoned PPM Assurance Lead and Business Coach with extensive experience in project management and transformation consultancy. They began their career as an Assistant Project Co-ordinator at Lanarkshire Cancer Care Trust and progressed through various roles, including Project Manager at HBOS and Transformation Programme PMO Manager at Aegon UK. Currently, they serve as the Director of Change Guide Consultancy Ltd and the Global IT Projects Assurance Lead at Shell, while also holding a position as Vice Chair and Board Member at WorkingRite. Maggie holds an MA (Hons) from the University of St. Andrews and is pursuing an MBA at Bangor University.
