Mahesh Iyer has extensive experience in corporate strategy, acquisitions, and new business development within the energy sector, primarily at Shell since January 2007. Currently serving as Deal Lead & Business Opportunity Manager for Corporate M&A and Deal Execution, Mahesh has held various critical roles, including Deal Execution Advisor and NBD Commercial Advisor. Additionally, Mahesh has contributed to several boards, such as the Executive Board Member for the Carbon Capture Project Consortium and the Industry Advisory Board for the Energy Technology Institute in the UK. Mahesh's educational background includes an Executive Education Program from Harvard Business School, an MBA focused on Energy and Corporate Finance from Rice Business, and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University with a concentration in Carbon Capture Storage and Hydrogen.
