Mahesh Tiwari

Mahesh Tiwari is an experienced maritime professional currently serving as the Manager of IGU Maritime Technical at Shell since January 2024. Prior to this role, Mahesh held the position of Operations Manager - Maritime at Oman LNG L.L.C. from November 2018 to January 2024, where responsibilities included providing specialist marine advice and managing the assurance of maritime operations. Between August 2014 and November 2018, Mahesh was the Head of Maritime Safety and Quality Assurance (Upstream) at Brunei Shell Petroleum Co. Sdn. Bhd., overseeing a substantial maritime contractor network. Mahesh’s career began at Shell in 2007 as a Ship Quality Assessor, contributing to Shell's shipping activities, and has previous experience as a Master on LNG and oil/gas tankers while working with Vships UK and operating a Q-Max LNG vessel.
